If there ever was a season eight I would have liked Sarina promoted to main cast!

Also I think she would have learned her power by then and learn how to exert influence with a kind smile.

I think it’s like that robot from Silicon Valley. She has to analyze herself objectively before noticing something is wrong.

In Crystalis she didn’t have a strong sense of self yet. She saw the situation in terms of her ability to meet the expectations of others.

I did like Sarina, her relationship with Bashir was an unfortunate story choice because he came across as unprofessional in wanting to date a patient. The whole episode was iffy, aside from the great music.

I'd love to have seen her in Starfleet in a follow-up role.
