And how would you remove her head from the pic?
Heaven forbid this ends up off topic... but
1 - You can use a convincing smudge effect or just scribble over her head with neon pink in MS Paint to take Ezri's head off.
2 - Even if you do, women have a very different anatomy than men and this will be just obvious when you've decapitated her.
3 - I don't even know how this thread got to the point of cutting up women to tell what gender they are, but it surely can't be healthy.
4 - Ezri and Kira didn't spend an awful lot of time together (for the reasons given above that Ezri/Bashir, Ezri/Worf and Ezri/Sisko were more important), but the times they did, I still got the impression that a friendship was there, although it couldn't be the same due to the difference in age, attitudes, interest, and so on... It did seem a bit odd at first that they don't really spend much time together, but there were so many plotlines by this point, that I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that the friendship wouldn't be as strong as it had been with Jadzia. (Bit of On Topicness for you. High five anyone?)
