Exercise While Working?

Long story short someone built a treadmill and attached a laptop to it. Calling it a walkstation they're hoping that employers will start buying them to help offset healthcare costs.

I wouldn't mind having something like that either. I don't spend every waking moment in front of the comp..but half a day though. It takes it's toal on my body. That's why I have to take a 2 mile walk everyday.

My university just order a dozen of them for the student weight room.

Use the treadmill as a bed at night, and there will be no need to leave the office

For some people working pretty much is exercising.

Not for me though, I sit on my ass all day probably like most people here too.
