(Excuse the fanboyish post) Reman Warbird Scimittar

The Prometheus could possibly stand up against the Scimitar.
Voyager with deployable armor would definitely win.

8472 ... no contest there really since the bioships produce extremely large amounts of energy and they would need to fire about 3 or 4 times before Scimitars shields collapse ... after that, one more shot would destroy it.

The big Dominion ship ?
Possible but unknown.
Remember that size rarely matters when it comes to Trek.

Besides, the Dominion only displayed certain technological achievements that were beyond the Feds like the transporter tech and building ships at a faster rate, but everything else ... was more or less comparable to the Feds.

^Also the Krenim timeship. Why attack the Scimitar when you can travel to Romulus and/or Remus and wipe them both out of the timeline?

The Dominion sensors seemed to be better, they managed to penetrate cloaks several times, so there is no guarantee that the Scimitar's cloak would have hidden the vessel.

The Scimitars cloak would most likely prevent any Dominion ship from detecting them.
LaForge mentioned that Schinzons cloak is 'perfect'.
SF in the Nemesis era most likely compensated for any technological gaps that the Dominion had over them.
Besides, the movie happened 4 years after the Dominion War.
The Romulans are far from stupid and intelligent enough to devise new ways of cloaking their ships more effectively (Schinzon had access to that information after all).
Plus if I'm not mistaken, during the war, both Klingons and Romulans were able to cloak their ships in a more effective manner so Dominion sensors wouldn't detect them.

The cloak device was always dodgy against the Dominion on DS9. Even the countermeasures devised are only effective sometimes.

Kor's final battle was in late 2375 and the Attack ships managed to detect the BoPs as they fled through Cardassian space. Before that the dominion had a sensor array that could detect cloaked ships lightyears away, the Feds only seemed to be able to defeat cloaks when in very close proximity to them (in stellar terms of course).

As for the cloak been perfect, that is only in terms of its ability to evade Federation detection techniques.

As for bridging the gaps, we can't possibly know given we have no idea what the Dominion has been up to since the end of the war. They might have increased their lead in sensor tech for all we know. The Feds would have closed the gap so that in several years they might equal a the Dominion from the early to mid 2370s, but the Dominion would not have been static in that time either.

The Dominion 'confrontation cruiser', the big mother you could see in Cardassian orbit in what you leave behind. Wasn't that supposed to be about four miles long or something?

That is a fanon design based upon the Dominion Battleship seen in Valiant. Those ships were intended to be Dominion Battleships - the ships twice the size of a Galaxy Class ship.

The USS Excalibur NCC-26517-A under the command of Captain Mackenzie Calhoun. The man has won against Gods, Space monsters, and religious nut-cases. The Scimittar would be a cake walk.

The alien probe from Star Trek IV.

Unless the Scimitar carries humpback whales, that is.
