excursion uniforms - need a tailor?

any suggestions how i can get me a couple of these sweet desert excursion away uniforms? obviously, they cannot be bought in a store, so i guess my only option is to find a tailor or costume maker to help me. if anyone knows how/who please reply and i love u long time!

I don't know what all work you'd have to do for the details, but adding patches to properly colored underarmor should yield a similar effect.
