What a lovely little ship! As well as the obvious Excelsior shape, it also reminds me of the Oberth-class - perhaps it could be a more practical successor?

@Soran77, while I see where you are coming from with this, I have a hard time seeing @publiusr‘s posting a mere link to a similar design as „hijacking the thread“. As far as I can tell it‘s not even their own work they‘re linking to. It‘s just a FYI for interested parties.

I also know people tend to look at their threads as their own little, somewhat exclusive places, almost like a blog. But we should not forget that this is a discussion board first and foremost. The moment you are posting your artwork you are inviting people to talk about it, criticize it and, yes, point to similar creative efforts. It‘s just what this place is. So telling posters to delete such posts goes a bit overboard. That‘s how I see it.

I didn't see any relation to my post in that comment, the first comment he made about a similar concept was fine, I may be over reacting, but a post that says "For Ingram fans" bothered me. I just felt is was directing people to use this thread as a gateway to ther's artwork. If this doesn't make any sense to you, that's fine, it does to me. Apologies.
