Hello!
My name is Luke Wade. I'm the SFX supervisor over at Star Trek Excalibur, a completely free-to-play community driven RPG/ tactical space shooter. You may have heard of it, but if not you can check us out here:
http://www.stexcalibur.com/
We're approaching our first public release: Quick Battle.
Quick battle will be a playable demo of our combat systems, and we're looking for actors to portray our bridge crew for this release. Our compliment of male actors has been filled so this post is aimed specifically at women (of which we haven't had many submissions
) Don't worry though guys! We'll be needing plenty of voices for other characters and captains in later releases of the game.
If you, (or anyone you know) may be interested in contributing some time and a beautiful voice, we would love to hear from you!
You can find the Excalibur Voice Actors Handbook here Which outlines everything we'd need from you, and what to expect from us! From the technical details, to what a Star Trek bridge crew sounds like. It also includes an introduction to Excalibur, for anyone who is unaware of the game.
We're looking for two women, age irrelevant, with pro-level gear to fill the last of the roles. The lines are not difficult, just your standard bridge chatter. We'd need you to be available to record until about March. You/ they don't need to be a Trek fan, but it would be a plus.
I am unable to send (recieve?) PMs so please get in touch here if it sounds like something you might be interested in!
Thankyou for your time.
Luke Wade.
