Ewoks are not that bad, and Boba Fett is not an interesting character

Attention grabbing headline drew you in bwahahaha.

I recently watched Return of the Jedi, which was the first time since I was a teenager I saw the whole thing end to end. I usually only watch the first two.

Compared to the other two the puppets appearance of the aliens didn’t age well. But the criticized things about it are overstated. Ewoks don’t look great due to limitations of their tech. But having a fight where little forest creatures fight storm troopers with rocks and ropes was a cool idea.

And Boba Fett only looked cool. He didn’t talk or do anything interesting besides put up a poor fight and die. He doesn’t deserve his status in fandom.

You're forgetting Bobba fett in the Holiday Special.

Also Bobba is the first Black Character in Star Wars. :)

Busted a glass ceiling y'know?

Most likely Fett, in full armor with multiple weapons, would get out of the sarlaac alive.

^ That's what "Dark Empire" told us.

I think the Ewoks would have been better if they looked more like actual bears instead of toy teddy bears.

I've always like the Ewoks.
As for Boba Fett, yeah in the Original Trilogy, he really isn't that interesting, but they did a lot to make him more interesting in Attack of the Clones, and The Clone Wars especially.

Vader's "No disintegrations!" line just instantly made Boba Fett SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cool, right?

I remember hearing that Jango Fett was not Mandalorian.

He just took the armour off a dead Mandalorian, because he thought that it looked cool.

I'm confused; was Boba *supposed* to be anything more than a cool, mysterious looking costume wrapped around the nameless black hat gunslinger trope? It's always seemed to me that he functioned exactly as intended. That more was eventually made of him was 100% due to the demands of fan interest.

Boba Fett is overrated. Doesn't even look like a Dalek...

Ewoks are underrated. They keep us warm in the winter due to their polyester/cotton blend of fur.

Boba Fett is suppose to be the mysterious gunslinger-bounty hunter that is implied to be fairly good at his job to be able to get at least some respect out of Darth Vader.

Ewoks are what happen when you write out too much of your overall story in act one, and by the time you get to act three and you are forced to essentially retell the story you had for act one because you accidently rewrote your "primative race" as being too technologically capable to tell you primatives defeat technology finale, but you don't want to repeat species.
