Ever have a change of heart about the films?

I've also seen my affection for First Contact diminish quite a bit over the years. Oh, I loved it in 1996; thought it was the best thing I'd ever seen. Of course the plot is shaky and relies too much on Action Movie Logic, but that's to be expected. What really jumps out at me, though, is that Patrick Stewart is the only member of the TNG cast with the acting chops to carry a film. Brent Spiner is great and all, but he's a TV guy, not a movie guy. Making him the #2 star was a big mistake.

I like TMP: always have... yeah it's a bit slow but its a visual feast, plus the Refit Enterprise porn is good too.
TWoK is my favorite of the TOS cast films, and yeah a few problems like with any film. You'd think somebody would think about some of the obvious flaws as they were reading the script..
TFF I've grown to like more as time goes by,, hated it when it came out.
I like Gen as well... most people don't seem to but I thought it was fairly good..
First contact was ok... hated the way they did Cochrane.
Did not like INS at all...the alien of the week that kicks the Enterprise's arse and well can't imagine the Feds acting the way they did in that one...
I liked Nem.. hehe
