Europe Star Trek convention - Birmingham - voyager stage. Who’s going???

There is a comic con about thirty miles away next weekend but the prices even there are ridiculous! They tried one a few years ago about ten miles away and it sank without trace because of the costs they wanted!

Sitting at a border crossing for hours to spend thousands on a convention, hotels, and gas... I think it would be interesting and probably a lot of fun but realistically it's out of my price range and time commitment.

The comic con here sells out in no time at all. My son got tickets once. Loved it and even stood in line to get me a Jeremy Renner autographed Hawkeye picture (he bought it from an artist at the show). Best mother's day gift ever!

It’s around £40 for day ticket with £40 photo or autograph, can spend up to £3k for whole weekend!

I really, really want to go! - however they’ve not declared what they’re doing with the “voyager stage” yet! Only that Jeri Ryan will be there

The Voyager stage one is the free one, as with the Excelsior. It’s the Enterprise stage that costs extra. That’s where they have the show panels etc, as well with the bigger guests like Shatner and Stewart etc.
Also, the Voyager stage doesn’t mean just Voyager guests. It’s just a name they give it.
