Can we tell Q did not? Any blackmail would obviously be in private, and we don't get to see private moments for these two.
He made him fall asleep through the whole episode because he was hitting on Vash

"Children of Time" - Bashir never told anyone including his children after being sent into the past then his descendants never mentioned it to their ancestors in their future and Odo didn't find out after his future self linked with him.
Maybe they did, and that's why the Dominion captured him in season 5.The Search.
The Vorta needed to have used higher resolution VR to fool the genetical modified Doctor, so they had to have known that Julian was more than human.
I don't really believe he was as stupid as it's implied he was pre-enhancements. He likely had a learning disorder making him uninterested in what was going on in school, thus explaining why he couldn't identify a cat from a house or whatever. However, had he matured without genetic modification, he could have ended up becoming a person of moderate intelligence. Maybe he wouldn't be graduating second in his class in medical school, but he wouldn't be an imbecile either. I've always suspected young Julian's parents were embarrassed by a son who wasn't as intelligent as they expected him to be and they jumped the gun and arranged for the genetic modifications to make themselves feel better more than anything else. And good point about MU. Either he should have also been an augment, or he should have been an imbecile.
