"Before And After" doesn't appear to have taken place at all. No one mentions their previous knowledge of the Krenim in "Year Of Hell".

It was a Romulan drug that was slipped in the ale. That quote by Robbie McNeil inspired the story. I've gotten some fairly positive reviews on it.
