Episodes of Data working quickly.

Hi all,

I am putting together a Powerpoint for my office and I'd like to use some clips of Data moving/working at fast speeds. I have found a few resources on youtube, but I recall an episode where some crewmen were watching him typing one-handed on a keypad while running a diagnostic, and his hand was moving super fast. Unfortunately, my ability to scour the internet has failed me at this point, so if anyone happens to know what episode has this (if it even exists outside of my imagination). Also, if anyone has any suggestions regarding demonstrations of Data's speed, it would be greatly appreciated.

Premptive thanks.

I believe you can see that particular thing in a few eps, Brothers when he is on the bridge resetting the passwords. Conundrum is the one I think you are thinking of.

Does speedreading count as well? I believe he shows that in several episodes, The Naked Now probably being the earliest instance of it.

Or when he keeps asking the computer to increase speed of the presentation when he learns a gesture language in Silent as a whisper?

Or does it have to be actual "work" only? In that case I'd take that scene from A matter of time where he does his magic, only for Rasmussen to ask if he can't go any faster than that :)

Well, if you want something that shows workplace speed and workplace frustration, use Data at his console in "Power Play."

Welcome to the board.

He was hitting on it as well as hitting on another panel in a different scene as well. Had he been in Ten Forward and not the Bridge, Guinan would ask him nicely to find something else to go out on a date with.

And where's that hide-behind-sofa emoticon?

For your presentation, you should include clips of Shatner confusing robots and computers until they explode.

Yeah but for this powerpoint presentation, there's bound to be a time limit and Kirk was nagging computers to death in every other episode... :D (My favorite was in "I Mudd", the one where sweatpantrs and then-vogue shower curtains were used in place of proper androidish clothing and were disturbingly revealing...)
