I think the idea of the Master hunting down the Doctors previous companions is not an awful idea, also Sarah Jane & Jo Grant have already been captured by the bad guys to make a key for the TARDIS, using their memories of their time with the Doctor.

No reason it cant be done as a fanfic, but not as actual episodes.

No, but you can refer to him as "Doctor Who" as long as it is like this?

He is the Doctor who makes his enemies run.

He is the Doctor who makes people better.

He is the Doctor who is called the oncoming storm by the daleks.

You can use "Doctor Who" But not as a proper name.
