That's a new outfit.
Is this just the normal landing party uniform? In any case, this design looks nice, I'd like it in TOS tricolor scheme.
The landing party uniform is a standard DSC uniform without the department colours and flat collar.
The texturing is different between the two.

Over at TrekMovie, there's speculation that Michael is wearing something similar to the undersuit her mother wore.
Trekcore thinks it is the Red Angel undersuit. While there are similarities, I am not sure if it is the same.
