It looks too utilitarian, too Star Destroyer-ey for a Federation ship.
There are theories out there, that at least parts of the ship's rooms and installations are of holographic nature and mingled with holodeck technology. So if the need arises, perhaps one can simply materialize or dematerialize a chair and or other consoles...
Maybe it's the Voyager kind of holograms that when the plot demands just stay there during a power cutLet's see.
