Well, if SciFi is allowed, that certainly widens the pool!

This thread recently has reminded me how much I loved to hate her and everything she represents.

Or, if I can reuse my old avatar from one of the DS9 contests from a couple of years ago...

Speaking of despicable female villains I love to hate and hate everything they represent:
