This one is gonna be about TV & Movie Female Villains.

Sci-Fi/Fantasy can be included, so lots of bad girls to choose from.

This movie is pretty crappy. It's called The Invisible. The villain is a girl who literally appears to be 98 lbs but she bets up guys.. including the protagonist on two occasions.. causing him the near death experience that renders him invisible. Turns out she becomes more the main character as she learns what she did was wrong.

This thread recently has reminded me how much I loved to hate her and everything she represents.
