Hmm, it did get 73% on RT for some reason. And it isn't really all that bad so I'll withdraw it.

It's just hard to think of a truly bad sequel where the original one was actually good to begin with.

I was going to suggest Terminator 3 but that's fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. Terminator Salvation is rotten though.
