Indiana Jones is one of those rare franchises that's both fantasy and science fiction.

Actually, I'd argue that almost every US "science fiction" franchise is also fantasy.

Except that it falls under sci-fi/fantasy

The earlier, black-and-white Emma Peel episodes were more or less grounded in reality, though played with tongue firmly in cheek. The series got more into fantasy in the later color episodes, with plots involving miniaturizing machines and people exchanging bodies and such stuff.

So, Diana Rigg as Emma would qualify -- as long as she's in black-and-white!
