How did you reduce the file size?

Magic!

I use Adobe ImageReady, so I just played around with the file optimization and the amount of time spent on each frame (I reduced the final two stills and the ones with Aeryn down to 1.5 seconds instead of 2) until I got something that both looked good and fit under the limit.

Cool, thanks! I have jasc animation (came bundled with my Paint Shop Pro). I'll have to use that sometime.
