Yeah, I think a lot of people do.
I didn't, but it's on my list of afghans to make. It's simply made of crocheted squares first sewn or crocheted together to make the shapes and then joined to make the afghan, which you can, of course, do in any pattern you wish. I spent many, many hours wasting valuable study time playing Tetris during my uni years in the early '90s, which is why this is a must-have for me.
All of the avatars I've posted are hosted from deviantArt. I'm surprisingly getting a fan base for it. Not many but more than I thought I would (which was 0).

I use imgur when photobucket is being a pain in the butt (which is often).
Like photobucket, you can also easily upload photos from the web with a right-click in Firefox and Chrome (and possibly other browsers too), which is helpful.

*shrug* Photobucket works fine for me, but maybe having a premium account makes a difference of some kind.
