Story behind this: I was at a Telescope Maker's convention this weekend, where many homemade scopes are featured. Someone had made a TARDIS themed telescope. Nice timing on the contest theme, as I just got back home tonight.

But that's not actually from the television show, it's just a telescope inspired by the TARDIS. It's Saga's call, but I don't see why that shouldn't be OK. I've always taken the no media restriction to simply mean no images lifted directly from television or movies. But if you had a picture of a child wearing Mickey Mouse ears, for instance, that's fine, even though that's inspired by media like the TARDIS-scope is.
