Timelord Victorious and selina were busy bees and have already decided upon a theme.
Which means that there is a new contest for you guys. This one is about dreams. And with that we mean any kind of dreams.
Is there something you have always dreamed of? Then now is the time to turn it into an avatar.
You don’t want to dig into your personal dreams? That’s fine, too. You can always come up with a more universal dream that is shared by a lot of people such as money, a big house or a vacation.

Furthermore, dreaming can also be something you do in your sleep. If you want to explore this path, that’s okay.
Have you dreamed of a gigantic spider last night or of a sweet little pony? That could be your entry. Let’s get creative.
We allow limited media entries in a sense of actors or singers if it’s your dream to meet them.

We decided against stuff like dream sequences from shows and movies, so we won't be stepping on the toes of the TV & Media Forum here.

I dreamed of being an astronaut, both while sleeping and as a dream job for when I grew up. I think this pic symbolizes that nicely.

What an interesting theme! I'm going to stay literal and stick to something I have dreamt about frequently, especially when I was a child. Whenever my family, then living in Canada, visited our extended family in the Netherlands we'd travel everywhere by train. This was in the 1970s, and I loved train travel, possibly because trains were the only mode of transport which didn't make me travel sick. For whatever reason these Dutch trains featured heavily in my childhood dreams. Often the dream involved having to cross the railway line in an unsafe spot, which scared the hell out of me. One very vivid dream had multiple train tracks running through the dining room of our old house in the Netherlands, and I had to safely get to the other side of the room where my mother was. Very, very odd. It was always the yellow commuter trains with the blue stripes that featured in my dreams, so that's the avatar I've chosen.



I also frequently dreamed about being naked in public, but I thought I'd spare you from that disturbing image.

A lot of my dreams are about traveling and places I want to visit. So I chose an avatar that expresses the feeling of movement. Or to say it with Bilbo's words:"It's a dangerous business, Frodo, going out your door. You step onto the road, and if you don't keep your feet, there's no knowing where you might be swept off to".
