Well, since it seems Seal was disqualified (), I'll enter the Macropinna microstoma, otherwise known as the Barreleyes fish.

The two things that look like eyes on the front of its head are actually its nostrils. The eyes are the two green War of the Worlds looking things inside its transparent dome head.
