This contest, in honour of the absolutely brilliantly evil bastards in government from Children of Earth, the theme is politicians.

Any of the despicable, two faced, under handed lot that has appeared throughout the history of Doctor Who.

Oh, and I suppose if you could find an honest one, a series as fantastical as DW would be the place for it.
