In the Theme contest, Praetor_Shinzon takes the Porthos with a very dangerous woman indeed, Empress Hoshi, while Miss Lemon is the bridesmaid again with the seductive Navaar doing a number on our captain Archer. Lots of puppy kisses for you this week!

Both avs are too wide. Avs can only be 150x150 pixels.

All you need to do is crop them a bit. The first one is 150p wide (fine) but 155p high, so just shave a bit off the bottom to 150. The second is 192x150, but there's lots of room to crop on either side. If you need a hand, just holler.
