Thanks for getting all teary eyed over me. :) That kinda blows. I guess I need to have a certain number of posts in order to get a custom title as well, yes?

Hello everyone.

My name's Anubis and I'm a long time ST fan. I used to be a member of these boards years ago, but I can't remember my username, password and I'm sure that account was deleted by now. :p

Anyway, I left these boards when I started hating Voyager since I felt Trek lost all of its "discussion value." I gave thought to returning when Enterprise premiered but I soon realized that B&B were not interested in doing anything great with the series. I became angered by the lack of continuity and the gratuitous semi-nudity of T'Pol. Jolene Blalock has a hot body and I love beautiful women but I don't watch ST for that, that's why I have Cinemax and the Spice channel. I watch Trek to entertain me and challenge my intellect, and I realized that ENT was not going to do that so I dropped it too.

I did try to get back into S3 with the whole Xindi storyline, but that soon bored me and so did the T'Pol/Trip ship. No offense to the actors, but I personally never saw any chemistry between Connor and Jolene - none at all. Again I left ENT even though I did see the last few ep os the season to wrap up the Xindi tale.

I returned to ENT from episode 1 of this year and immediately thought it was the same old boring stuff (the conclusion with the Grey Nazis), but I was pleasantly surprised by the stories that followed and found myself hooked again and waiting with baited breath for each new episode. How ironic that it's now been cancealed. :(

There were still things about ENT that bothered me (the "will they or won't they" T/T ship was one), but overall, it had really hit its stride this season and I find myself missing the characters. I pretty much enjoyed all the eps under the Coto reign except for the B&B finale - TatV.

That last shot of the ENT flying past the screen with the end credits theme song playing has left me very sad. That crew deserved better and that has compelled to rejoin and say something on its behalf. I think this was long enough.

Thanks for the welcome! I'm Jon from CT. I've been lurking around these forums for a few years now, but finally registered. I've been a fan of Star Trek since my dad and I made a monthly ritual of buying videos of TOS in the early 90s. Though I am a firm fan of TOS and TNG, I enjoy the other shows. (My students make fun of my love of all things Trek!) Ent had a great final season, though like most folks (it seems), I was saddened by the finale. I am fighting an uphill battle of getting my fiance to give Trek a try - she is firmly against it. Anyone else have that problem?

Hi everyone! My name is Pedro and I'm a 39 year old ESL teacher from Puerto Rico living in Florida.

I've been a Star Trek fan since I discover TOS back in the mid 70's. I waited long and hard until 1987 when TNG began and for 18 years Star Trek has been a part of my TV experience until this past Friday May 13th when Enterprise sey out in the proverbial sunset.

Voyager is my favorite of all the shows and Seven of 9 is my girl. The last episode of Enterprise was nice. But those few last seconds of the three ships are just precious. They will linger on my mind for a long time.

And something happened that I wasn't expecting, after those few last seconds, I started to cry. They were the tears one produce for the passing of a dear one. I guess I'm in mourning,. I cannot believe it! I cry!

I wanted to tell this to people who will understand. There will not be any original Star Trek on TV for a long time. That's very sad!

So, thanks for letting me express myself.

I'm Tony, 35 from Florida. I caught TOS during syndication when I was a wee lad. It was 'Amok Time', and I've been hooked ever since. (I even liked TAS too..) Sad to see ENT go, as it was my favorite series, after TOS. Ah, well..more time to study for my RN I guess.

Welcom to the board, AJCFLA. Everyone's a little spastic right now, but don't let us scare you! Things should calm down pretty soon. Have fun!

Hello! I'm new here... I've lurked for a long time, but finally registered. I'm a scorpio from Ottawa, Ontario who hated all things Star Trek until I warmed up to TNG a couple of years after it left the air. Eventually VOY grew on me, then DS9, making ENT the first Star Trek Show I've seen in it's entirety in it's original run. I've seen most, if not all post-TOS Trek.

Apart from Trek, the only other scifi shows that I enjoy are Stargate Atlantis and ReGenesis (I'm not sure if that's sci-fi precisely, but it's super great).

Hey all,

I'm new -- I hail from Manitoba, but I'm lately of Toronto, Ontario. Started watching Star Trek during Season 6 of TNG. My favourite series are TNG and DS9. Quite enjoyed Enterprise, too, despite its flaws. A lot of untapped potential... I'm sorry to see it go.

Also a fan of Buffy, Angel, classic Transformers, new Battlestar Galactica, anime, and Star Wars. Star Trek's the best, though!

My name is Stephen, and I've been a Trekkie since around 1992, when I dislocated my elbow and was stuck on my back in a hospital for almost a month. To fill the time, I watched Star Trek reruns and TNG episodes. That was the beginning of a beautiful friendship. I hail from Selma, AL, and am desperate to move to Montgomery, where I don't have to drive two hours round trip to buy the newest Trek novel. My favorite series is DS9, and my favorite movie is TUC or TVH. Before Activision sued Viacom, I really enjoyed Trek gaming (I own the two Armadas, EF, Away Team, Bridge Commander, Hidden Evil, and Starfleet Academy). Right now my fondest hope is to find a job so I can buy seasons of Trek series on DVD.

Oh, and I prefer Trekkie to Trekker -- by several lightyears.

Welcome to the board Smellincoffee (I love your name!). I prefer trekkie to trekker, too. :D
