Welcome. I too support TU, but am unsure if we are now forbidden from all mention of TU and ENT support campaigns. Perhaps one of the mods can enlighten me.

It's mentioned in the ENT forum and it is pinned.

Hmm...I wasn't clear on whether or not all mention of TU was banned. I hope we can still discuss our desire to save the show?

Me is confused. :(

Hey guys. Welcome. :)

My best advice is for you to go to the QSF and Moderator Actions forums at the bottom of the main page and read some of those threads to see where the moderators stand on this. Also, the pinned thread at the top of the ENT forum cuts it pretty clear.

Just got back from there. I sometimes skip the big threads, as they can get a bit out of hand. ;) Oh well, a decision had to be made, even if I find it a bit draconian.

But yes, welcome to all the new folks...well, newer than I. Let's all play nice!

My name is JT. I'm a student of physics, so I guess I can't rely on Top41 to screen my upcoming semester of books ;).... I'm 27 and became a fan of Trek back in '90 when I grew tired of watching Star Wars(!) over and over again...we had a copy of ST: TFF, and McCoy's comments towards Spock intrigued me to watch the rest of the films, and then I got into TNG, and here I am today!

I play trumpet and read Shakespeare and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and like to weightlift play sports. So, that's me....

Oh, and I have 1.5 kids....

CJ

1.5 kids? That either means you have a baby on the way or one of your kids is missing a torso.

Welcome!

Welcome CaptainJedi! :D Yeah, sorry, I'm totally useless when it comes to physics, but I'm all over Shakespeare! :D Glad to have you with us...you'll find lots of Trek and Star Wars discussion here.

Sounds like someone lives right next to the waste dump of a power plant! :D

 Springfield's "City Water, Light, and Power" count? No nuclear waste as far as I know, but we aren't allowed to eat the fish from the lake. Not that I would anyway. I've seen the Simpsons. We really do have a 742 Evergreen Terrace. Lake Springfield....

Hi. My name is Calvin. I've been a fan of Enterprise and all of Trek for over ten years. My favorite character of this series is Trip. A great engineer and a subtle, yet charming ladies man.

I'm 22 years old. I work in graphic design for a company that manufactures photo processing equipment. I had a brief stint with modeling (mostly young mens suits) before I finished college, but enjoy my work and reading here when I have time.

Hey, Calvin/Onacorts!

Always good to see another Trip fan. :D Welcome to the boards!

I can't believe it but I just found out I never even introduced myself.

*goes spanking herself*

So I do it now, better late than never. My real name is Annienke and I'm a 21 year old Dutch gal. I've been a fan of Star Trek since watching 'I am Locutus of Borg, resistence is futile' at a very young age. I like all series but Data is my all time fav character (well surprise, surprise) followed closely by Trip. I also like James Bond, PS2 games and j-rock. I'm a geology student and I own a horse, a bunch of goldfish and some dogs.

O, and this is me

Hi mrsdata, nice to see a fellow Dutchie around here. Which uni do you study at? Groningen by any chance?

By the way, your photobucket link does not work.

I noticed too it sometimes doesn't work so I just posted the pic. I study at Utrecht University. I thought I was the only Dutchie around here until now. Yeah, another Dutchie!

Three hours of travelling a day, can be a pain in the ass. I've been there. But I guess that's why they invented discman's (discmen?) and mp3-players. ;)
