Hi all,
I'm Nerroth (well actually I'm Gary, but you get the idea!), I've been a fan of Trek in all its forms since my days growing up with TNG here in Ireland (I'm so glad I got to see the emergence of DS9 into the great show it became, with the steady escalation into the Dominion War and the setting of the standard one would dearly love to see when/if the Romulan Wars finally come under scrutiny on ENT!) and I still remember returning from a trip to Florida when I was fifteen watching a tape of Voyager for the first time, a few months before Sky started showing the series, as well as staring at lo-res grainy footage of Broken Bow when ENT first arrived on the scene...
Also, I've been a fan of the Star Fleet universe of the General War and the ISC Pacification, the fleshed-out Kzinti Hegemony and their feud with the Lyrans, the exploration of non-anthropoid races, such as the methane-breathing Hydrans and the crystalline - in this universe - Tholians, and this interest - in no small part to the Starfleet Command series of games, a unique mix of the two continuities - has stirred a new view of the heritage of TOS, as the progenitor of two long-lived and compelling universes.
