Hi, I'm a newbie here, though I've been lurking for quite a while. As I'm over a season behind over here in the UK, this board is a spoilers lifeline.
I've been into ST for years, starting with re-runs of TOS, and continuing through the franchises. Though each time a new one appears I swear I'll not watch it, but I get pulled in. TNG took half a season to grab me, DS9 took nearly 2 seasons, VOY got me quite early on (and I stuck loyally to it!). ENT got me hooked in the pilot! And yes I've been to conventions, and yes I'll go again, once I've completed my little boys ST education.
I'm into sci-fi generally, love astronomy, and teach music. Quite well rounded I feel!

You're from the UK, a season behind with Enterprise, so it's gotta be Channel 4. I live just across the Irish Sea in Ireland where we get Channel 4 (and luckily Sky) too!

I am a 50+ Viet Nam Vet who writes Sci/Fi & Fantasy as a hobby. I work in Police Telecommunications (I get to tell Cops where to go and get away with it).
