I didn't know until tonight that Vaughn Armstrong was on CSI tonight. I fired up the DVR to watch it and he was in the opening scene. Unfortunately his character was killed within 30 seconds of the beginning of the episode. He had no lines.

The Cheer & Jeers are placed along a thermometer from hottest to coldest. Scott's Cheer is the topmost one on the thermometer. The man's HOT... no surprise to Trek fans. So why wasn't Enterprise worked into the Cheer? It would have been easy: As her enterprising defense lawyer/lover....
