Do you believe they should have had another story with this character? I am writing this topic in General Trek because the writers considered using this TNG guest to be a guest in DS9. They had a story idea which eventually became the basis for "Hard Time" with this character. They felt that doing this would dullen the ending of Lower Decks.. Do you agree, or did you want to see her appear in DS9?

Also i think this is a great character. With only two appearances I feel like I know more about her than Ensign Kim, and she's more interesting!

That was always a quandry for me. I really liked her and would have loved to see her again but Lower Decks was such a good episode and the ending was so powerful that, yeah, I wouldn't want to see that cheapened. I suppose I would have been happy either way.
And speaking of rescuing folks from the Cardassians, I always thought DS9 could have done a kick-ass Thomas Riker rescue episode.

In the case of Sito...I kind of agree with fennrysha, that it's about the sacrifice, and cheapening that would've been a poor choice.

I'm in that camp, too, that thought it was a powerful ending, but I really would have liked to see her again. In my own mind, I've put together a "Return of Sito" story quite a few times.
