As I said in the title, Elizabeth Mitchell is going to be in next Wednesday's (3/30) episode of Law & Order: SVU. It looks like it is going to be a good episode. Looks like she is going to be using some of the acting chops she used on Lost!! She the synopsis underneath the picture below:

CAPTAIN JACKSON (GUEST STAR JEREMY IRONS) RETURNS WHEN DETECTIVES BENSON AND STABLER (CHRIS MELONI) INVESTIGATE THE MURDER OF A YOUNG GIRL When a young girl is found dead with a doll that is believed to have been left as a totem, detectives Benson (Hargitay) and Stabler (Meloni) team up with Captain Jackson (Guest Star Jeremy Irons), a psychologist who assisted them with a recent case, to investigate her murder. Jackson joins the detectives as they retrace the girl’s last steps and go to meet with her piano teacher June (guest star Elizabeth Mitchell). Jackson’s skills prove to be invaluable in deciphering the meaning of the totem and ultimately finding her killer.

Remember her last episode?

Mercy
When the body of a baby girl is found inside a cooler, the detectives need to investigate just who she is and how she got there. They soon learn that the little girl had a genetic disorder known as Tay-Sachs disease, and that her name is Sarah Brown, and she is the only daughter of Andrea and Daniel Brown. When Andrea admits to having killed her daughter, Alex has to put aside her own feelings of sympathy to prosecute Andrea Brown for the murder of her daughter.

^ Huh? Are you sure she was in that episode? IMDB doesn't list her in the credits.

Yeah it does... it's right below her credit for the next episode she's in.

Don't forget to watch Elizabeth Mitchell on tonight's episode of SVU!!

Why is Christopher Meloni's head on fire in the first picture?

It's a chandelier in the room behind him.

^ No, you didn't fail, your funny was funny but I made it fail. :alienblush:

Edit: I just watched this episode. It was pretty good! Elizabeth Mitchell is a great actress, just like she was in her previous SVU appearance. And I loved the fact that...

Jeremy Irons' character was not the killer. He is totally cool and I liked how his character was used again. I thought "Cap Jackson" would be the guilty one but he wasn't. He just wanted to help.

I hope Irons has time to show up some next season. I really like his character.

However, I didn't find anything especially great about this episode. They say they've been "holding onto this story" for about 11 years, but I didn't think it was particularly groundbreaking or anything.

However, Elizabeth Mitchell was terrific.

^ I never even thought that.

Yeah... I don't know why you would have ever thought he would be guilty... he had no connection to the case; was just brought in to help.
