Oh, what the hell.

1. Tennant
2. T. Baker

4. Eccleston
5. Troughton
6. Hartnell
7. McGann
8. McCoy
9. C. Baker
10. Davison (too bland)
11. Pertwee (too damn pompous)

T. Baker (in permanent residence in top spot)
Troughton
Pertwee
Hartnell
Davison
Smith
McGann
C. Baker
Tennant
Eccleston
McCoy

Fuck it...

1. Ecclestone
2. Troughton
3. Smith
4. Baker, T
5. Pertwee
6. Tennant
7. Hartnell
8. Davison
9. McGann

...umm, I think. The middle section changes around from time to time...

EDIT: Dunno how that stray "e" got on the end of Dr Eccky's name - bad me...

Okay, I'll go for it, though I typically just like to say I like them all equally, each for their own unique reasons.

01) Baker (Colin)
02) Smith
03) McGann
04) Davison
05) Tennant
06) Troughton
07) Baker (Tom)
08) Eccleston
09) Hartnell
10) McCoy
11) Pertwee

Tennant
Smith
McCoy
Ecclestone
Troughton
Pertwee
T Baker
McGann
Davison
Hartnell
C Baker

(can't really classify the last three, not seen enough)

On the basis that this really might change (possibly before the end of the day!)...

1. Troughton
2. Smith
3. Davison
4. Eccleston
5. Tennant
6. Tom
7. Pertwee
8. McCoy
9. Colin
10. Hartnell
11. McGann

Since I haven't seen any Doctors before Eight, my list is pretty short...

1. Tennant
2. Smith
3. Eccleston
4. McGann

I only have Tennant above Smith because of longevity, but at the rate he's going, Smith's probably going to top my list sooner rather than later.

It's interesting to note that those who rate Eccleston don't much seem to care for Baker, C - and vice versa...

Tom Baker > Jon Pertwee > Tennant > Eccelston > Smith (for the moment)... but the differences are negligible.

Ha! You know, I haven't spent a lot of time in the Who threads. Sorry if "ranking" happens a lot.

I do have to say I really enjoyed Smith playing the Doctor as an oddball alien who's terribly interested in acting like a "normal" human (who takes the task on with extraordinary skill - without giving away "the Lodger"). Smith continues to grow in my esteem. Can't wait until next week!
