Aren't there any pictures from the nineties of him to do a side by side comparison?
Yes it's EJO and there is a logic in this because EJO is known to walk out of production that contain aliens and this is why he was only in pilot episode because there were aliens.
But I can't blame him because aliens frequently represent "Mexicans" and especially in this age of Arizona immigration law... + Spielberg is for instance doing (done) SF TV show in which aliens invaded earth and there are only handful of survivors.

EJO has no objection to aliens, as such. Hell, he auditioned for the role OF an alien (Commander Kruge in ST III). He just didn't want aliens on nuBSG. That's the difference.
And no, I don't think that was him on B5 either. It doesn't look much like him.

Well...there's certainly a rather strong resemblance but I wouldn't like to put money on it.
I just had a look of the edit history for the wiki article and Olmos's credit was added to the episode's article by an anonymous user in December '07, which is immediately suspicious. IMDB is probably the original source for this information as it also lists Derek Zemrak in an uncredited role as a starfury pilot, which that editor also added to the list.
I do with IMDB would cite it's sources as it makes it difficult to backtrack information.
There's no mention of him on the 'Lurker's Guide' nor does a search on the JMSNews archive turn up anything useful. At the moment I'd say the odds of this being bogus are about 50/50. Jan? You have any clue on this one?

I keep seeing the title as "ELO on Babylon 5".
I always thought ELO would be more of a Star Wars type band. I mean doesn't that one song have a line about
"Don't bring me down.......Bousshh"?
There are already mistakes on EJO's imdb filmography. For instance it says EJO starred in two episodes of "Touched by an Angel" but he was only in one and that is God and Country while he wasn't in Missing in Action as they state there. I tried to correct it some time ago but imdb staff wouldn't accept it.
I think jms addresses this kind of thing, though. Something about SAG rules and credits being kept throughout the entire season run, regardless of the actual appearances. That doesn't quite address your point, I know. Heaven knows IMDB can make mistakes, although they have gotten better about that.
Not a thing, sorry. The only other place I had to look was Volume 1 of the script books and there's no mention there.
Yes, as I recall, an actor has to be credited onscreen for the number of episodes contracted for and X number gets them guaranteed a spot in the entire season opener (which can also be negotiated for a la G'Kar and Londo). I don't know what the penalty might be if fewer credits are shown but if extra credits are shown it causes payments to be made to actors. This came up when fans thought that it was pettiness on JMS' part when Claudia wasn't credited for "Deconstruction of Falling Stars" which was shown as a fourth season episode. Because she did appear and was credited of "Sleeping in Light", her credit couldn't appear on 'Deconstructions' without triggering extra payments.
And the situation is further muddied by the fact that the credits on the DVDs aren't the actual credits that were shown with the episode originally. This causes issues with Delenn's new appearance being shown too early in season two and an early recording of the voice-overs in season five being used. Most shows only use one opening and closing sequence but B5 would change theirs whenever they felt it was called for because they did it in-house.
