Notice how developers have been "scratching the surface" of the PS3's architecture for 2 years now?

Ok, so despite having a pretty shoddy presentation with only one or two rabbits in the bag, Microsoft have managed to win E3.
Pretty underwhelming stuff Sony. Mind you, while I'm still uncertain about getting a PS3, I'm damn sure I don't want my Wii any more.

Well I missed most of it, but it doesn't sound like I missed anything worthwhile.
This is easily the worst E3 ever.
Nothing new, nothing exciting, just boringness.
I'm quite glad I haven't wasted my money on any of these systems, and I won't be anytime soon.
Nintendo has lost their minds, Wii Sports 2, Wii Music, Wii Speak, Wii Fuck, Wii are bored.
Nothing new, no new games to show off the Wii, no old franchises back from the dead. No Wave Race, F-Zero, Kirby, Donkey Kong, and other favorites, just Wii shit and Animal Crossing with a few more stores.
And the sad thing is MS or Sony couldn't take advanage of Nintendo's weakness, truly sad.... for everyone.

that's how it is with every generation and every system... your tools and tech and art are always advancing with each title.
I'm a bit eh about getting a PS3, there's no real games I'm too bothered about, but on the plus side there's the Blu-Ray player.
The Wii on the other hand, I'm getting more and more disillusioned with. So much potential, so little actual worthwhile content.
MAG looks awesome. Since Huxley will never come out, this may be as close as we get to a persistent world FPS/TPS game for a while.
I'm also surprised they didn't bring up the whole Blu-Ray copy thing. It'd make my PSP more useful anyway.
I still don't get why press clap at these things... I can't imagine the white house press corp clapping every time someone makes an announcement there. I suppose they are both fans and "reporters", but still.
