Honestly I've never seen those Shatner books before, but snagged them both. Looking forward to seeing his viewpoints of those eras (even though I'm not the biggest Shat fan)

@Leathco agreed. No spoilers. Even for it’s time for both books 1993 and 1998. I’m impressed with Shatner’s candor over the movie situations, and trials and tribulations with the turmoil that is going on. Even being 30 years old the books really do give and interesting behind the scenes exploration of the show and movies. I wish someone like Jonathan Frakes or Patrick Stewart take the reigns and do the same like Shatner for the TNG show and movies. Chaos on the bridge documentary was excellent.

Makes me miss the times of TNG, DS9, and VOY... Don’t get me wrong Strange New Worlds, Lower Decks, and Picard are awesome, but I have this feeling like something is missing from the heights of 1990’s times of Trek. I just can’t put my finger on it. But, please if you are on the fence about the Shatner books at $2.99 you can’t go wrong.

All the best all,
-Koric

Thanks to @dstyer for the heads up on Picard: Last Best Hope which is on sale again for the 5th time I believe again.

I’m sure more are to follow but that is all I found as for now. I will update the post as more become available.

Hey everyone,

UPDATED 10/1/2023 6 new additional .99 cent titles found on Amazon US for a grand total of 13 Trek titles on sale this month.

Couple new ones for me this month, one from the first list and one from the updated. While I was there I noticed a small batch of Halo books at 1.99 so I snatched those up as well.

Six this month that I don’t already have in eBook (IDIC Epidemic, Time For Yesterday, Pandora Principle, Ghost of a Chance, Troublesome Minds, and Child of Two Worlds). Small compared to the last couple months but still not bad.

Just bought Seasons of Light and Darkness for 99p. The Section 31 novels are up as well but the deals in the UK don't usually land until the first Tuesday but n the month.

Hearts and Minds (TNG) $0.99 last reached on June 1, 2019.
Section 31: Control was $0.99 last reached on November 20, 2018

It is doubtful and unlikely that these titles will be discounted again, as most were only discounted once. Only one or two were discounted twice.

Well, two of that “top twelve” list I made have since been offered again. Hearts and Minds in August, and now Section 31: Control (along with Section 31: Disavowed) this month.

Another pretty good month for me. I didn’t have seven of the ten. Everything else except for Warped and Shadow, and Abyss (which I don’t have separately but I do have in the Kindle version of theTwist of Fate omnibus.

By my tallies, gets me up to having 32% (236) of the Trek novels in Kindle, 65% (431) in print, and down to 25% (184) that I don’t have in either print or Kindle. (Hard for me to believe that I still don’t have that many, but some of those are the later S.C.E. eNovellas that I don’t have in an omnibus, plus several of the eNovellas released post S.C.E. Plus at least a few that I know I bought in print around 2002-2003 that remain M.I.A.)
