During the Temporal wars how possible was it to target time travel technology and power sources similar to the targeting of oil fields in pre warp Warfare?

I fail to see how anything can be effectively damaged in a time war. Everything gets undone, done again, undone. Forever.

We saw them targeting time travel technology in Enterprise, so I suppose it was very possible.

Also yeah I suppose the only way a time travel war can end is when people stop screwing around with time. Events will just keep being altered until they create the utterly implausible final timeline where people have enough sense to quit. Either that or they're all dead.
