Dude, fire phasers!

Has there ever been a time you were watching Star Trek, any of the various shows, and while watching Picard, or Janeway, or any of them have to deal with some bozo who wasn't being forth-coming, and we see their big head on the main screen, when you just wished Picard/Kirk or whomever would have just leaned said closer to Sulu, or looked back to Worf at the weapons station behind Picard, and said...

"Dude, I have had enough of this clown..FIRE ALL PHASERS!!!"

For me???? Hmmmmmmm...that episode on TOS, I'm not sure what it was called, but its from the 3rd season and Kirk believes he is still on the ship but he is really on some mock up of it. Watching Spock have to deal with that administrator was like pulling teeth. I just wish they would film an alternate ending where Spock loses it and just fires the phasers, destroying that place, and beams Kirk up in the nick of time.

Yes, when Janeway had those Vidiians who had stolen Neelix's lungs and she simply let them get away with it.

oh yes any time old archer had to deal with the uptight vulcan's i felt like saying 'plug the vulcan see how smug he is then'

Me? I have the opposite problem.
The other day i was watching "body and soul" and those holo-snatching aliens tell Janeway to quit with the holo-bits-and-bobs, and tell her that she's being taken into custody for violating their law. She comes up with an ultimatum and tells them that they wont use the holodecks and that the natives can escort voyager to make sure. Or the other option- "...or we'll destroy you."
So, wander into their home, violate their law, and threaten to blow them all up.
Why? because of course, you dont agree with their law or beliefs, so natuarally that means that they don't include you....
Nice diplomacy.

Hell yes!! countless times!!
There's been times where I've just wished Janeway, Sisko or Picard would just let rip with the torpedoes.
Take those Kazon for example, Voyager could have ripped them all a new asshole within seconds but she didn't. Picard and the Ferengi, for gods sake man just blast the little toads!!!!

I just wish they would film an alternate ending

Now there's a thought. They remastered TOS with new special effects. Next, remastered episodes with alternate endings. Just whip up some CGI actors and dive right in to the canon pool (good lord, I used two bad words, CGI and canon... oh, I did it again).

Word. There are many occasions where I wish the weapons had been used instead of chit chat. I think they should make a "mirror universe" series!

A few times I felt myself wishing that Spock would say:

"Captain. As you know, we Vulcans believe in infinite diversity. However, there are limits, and I suggest that we take this annoying sucker out with a photon torpedo."

I sure wish Riker had thought to yell that in Generations instead of sitting there confused about the shield modulations...the D could have destroyed that BOP with ease.

I agree. Instead of standing around like a moron Riker should of destroyed the Bird of Prey, it would of taken the Enterprise D all of 10 seconds of concentrated weapons fire and they would of saved the ship.
