Having talked to the place that I pre-order both ships from are now saying they don't expect to see them anytime before very late in the second quarter of 2010 at the earliest.

BTW, kindly say "1 Oct. 2009" next time. Leading zeroes are both unnecessary and offensive.

Considering how many times the TOS E and TMP E molds were rereleased, I have to think that a corrected TNG E will be released at some point -- the point at which I will finally buy one.
