Haha, so I was too curious not to check it out. I was in the main city's video store and I came across one disk of Deep Space Nine with three episodes-- all of which have Japanese dubbing. It's not bad (though my nihongo ability leaves something to be desired). I've been using the only disk available (which starts with Way of the Warrior) as a fun study aid. Does anybody by some rare chance know if there are more episodes available or if you can buy the entire set with Japanese dubs? What about TNG?!?! :D

All my ST DVDs, and I have them all, were produced in China and have Chinese and Japanese dubbing and subtitles. (English as well of course :)) I bought them on eBay nearly four years ago but I don't think they are available anymore.

I actually imported a few Star Trek DVD's dubbed over in Italian and watched them frequently in order to help me with my "Basic Italian" college course that I was taking. It really did help a lot and was a lot less boring that other methods of learning a foreign language...
