I have another, more difficult one. I clearly remember the answer to this one because when I was a teenager when this first aired, I was so surprised this happened.

Emissary comes to mind, but I don't recall if the Stardate is said in dialogue - and that's only the opening of the episode (i.e. Wolf 359).

"SANCTUARY" was the episode, and it occured on the exact same stardate as TNG's "Parallels". It always stuck in my mind because they originally aired only one day from each other.
