This is the first of the four final episodes. Will be interesting to see if they go back to the first episode and start another series cycle.

Thanks for posting this. I had always been a big fan of DS9 and felt the last two seasons were outstanding. I loved the fact that every episode lead into the next. Since I got a DVR last year, I've been recording it everynight. Last night, I sat down to watch an episode, (assuming that there would have been one from early Tuesday morning) and nothing was there. I did a search and nothing came up for DS9. I was concerned that Spike might have pulled the plug with only a few eps left. I did videotape "What You Leave Behind" back in '99 so I may watch that instead of the syndicated version.

crappy time as Mr. Fergy says, but something is better than nothing. I'll take 2am for the nights I can't sleep.

I'm glad I got DVDs last year.

I like the DVD's too.....but I have to say, every now and then I watch DS9 on VHS. Back in 2001 and 2002, before the DVD's came out, I built a pretty immense collection of DS9 tapes, courtesy of the Virgin Megastores in NYC. It's truly a blast from the past when I watch them via tape. Also reminds of when I would trade DS9 tapes with people that used to post on here back then as well.

I still also have a bunch of episodes on my computer acquired by "other" means from back in the day (how much did I love DS9 that I would bear through dial-up!!), and they're the trippiest of all -- complete with the Dutch subtitles and everything (apparently, much of the encoding of DS9 was being done in Europe back then I guess). At one point I thought I would delete them once I got the DVD's, but now, it's fun to look back and reminisce about the entire subculture that was meant to keep DS9 going before the DVD's...

Thanks to my dvr, I don't mind the time slot.

But I don't understand the point of showing the show for 2 weeks and then yanking it
