Wow, that was tough. I really like the Bashir picture for its unusual quality and great angle, but Garak is positively beaming up there. Sorry, Nerys Ghemor -- it was close.

I couldn't pass up the Bashir screenshot when I saw it...here he was worrying about age--yet in that shot, Garak was right: "power and dignity" looked so good on him!

Definitely a hard call, but I had to go with Garak in the end. Bashir there is worthy of second place, certainly, but that's such a good Garak picture. Is it just me, or is anyone else getting creepy "Dr. Phlox" vibes off of him?

For the theme, how about "I'm screwed!" Any scene where a character finds himself up shit creek.

He's too evil. If you've ever read the "five minute" episode spoofs (I forget which website hosts them), he's more like their Dr. Phlox. The "ooo, a corpse!" Phlox who stalks strangers by writing them repetitive friendly letters
