Dr Who Xmas info is up at the BBC's site

which TV Guide is this? having info form the BBC website is meaningless I could do that and add anytime I like.

7pm is a good time no question, but I really would like to see these things on a BBC website or the Radio Times.

I think it was the official christmas guide from the Mirror newspaper, they did a little page spread about the last ever episode too with some quotes from David Tennant about the episode.
TBH its just too early for me to trust a TV Guide from a newspaper about the Christmas TV listings.

SCIENCE FICTION SERIES: Doctor Who

note the times, rather than what Digiguide has to say about.

Its also possible the BBC will air there new Triffads drama, on the 28th & 29th, but Digiguide is for the moment saying its the 1962 version, which is a common mistake in these listings from Digiguide

Ooh new Day of the Triffids ?

I was a big fan of the old BBC miniseries produced by (Doctor Who director and Blakes 7 producer) David Maloney, so that has piqued my interest considerably..

just pulling this from wikipedia, yes I would say this is the new The Day of The Triffids

2009 series

In February 2009 the BBC announced the production of a new high definition two-part TV adaptation, a joint venture between UK production house Power and Canadian producer Prodigy Pictures for BBC One. The series was commissioned by outgoing BBC Fiction chief Jane Tranter[4].
It is produced by Stephen Smallwood and directed by Nick Copus (EastEnders, The 4400)[5]. The script is by Patrick Harbinson, who has written episodes of the British dramas Soldier Soldier and Heartbeat, and the American series ER and Law & Order.
Filmed in the south-east of England, the new adaptation stars Dougray Scott as Dr Bill Masen; the confirmed supporting cast includes Joely Richardson as Jo Playton, Brian Cox as Dennis Masen, Vanessa Redgrave as Durrant, Eddie Izzard as Torrence and 90210 star Jason Priestley as Coker[6].
how many people manage to have both EE & the 44000 on there CV?

You beat me to it. Now all the websites that were saying Dec. 31 will blush, but we can now set our calendars. With any luck BBC America and Space will be able to confirm their airdates soon (hopefully Dec. 2 - though I'll be on the highway that day travelling home from Christmas vacation! :( ).

Doctor Who: End of Time Part 1
The Day of the Triffids Part 1
The Day of the Triffids Part 2
Doctor Who: End of Time Part 2

and C4 is showing the Dead Zone TV series S4 this month

Oh, smashing! The Day of the Triffids sounds really cool. Besides, it's got Eddie Izzard! Count me in!

Ah my old nemesis Emmerdale....

But I think I can get away with it. Corrie is the main one they'll want to watch.
