Double-Oh Trek

Been a while from I read it but IIRC the young Elias Vaughn came across a little Bond-ian in KRAD's The Art of The Impossible, though the novel is more in the vein of John LeCarre than Fleming.
 
I'm surprised no one has mentioned the two Greg Cox Eugenics Wars novels. They basically are Bond crossed with sci fi.
