Holy cow! Amazing work Donny! This really brought the sets to life. Great attention to detail on the chairs. Love the look of the consoles!
Seeing these renders makes me realize that this set was far more nuanced than I originally thought. I hadn’t realized just how much of the Enterprise A bridge was reused in this set. In retrospect, this probably would fit better as “enterprise B or C” bridge as the next logical progression if they hadn’t already been depicted on screen). Particularly with the split helm and Mac consoles which are reminiscent of the Excelsior’ sin TSFS.
I always thought they were black too. But now that I see the pictures it is indeed a green-blue color. Kind of like how there is a splash of color.

^I always thought they were black art tape. Must be a lighting thing. They definitely look classier with the stripes carved into the consoles.

. I corrected an error with the carpeting where I had the trim at a sharp angle where it should've been rounded at either side of the conn/ops stations, and created an alternate floor and ceiling near the turbolift alcoves to accommodate their more forward/inward positions in Insurrection, and also created the turbolift alcove display panel graphic, which is really the only thing screenshot worthy tonight. It's a pretty neat graphic, as it has a little schematic of the decks near the bridge, and the status of a few turbolifts around the ship. (Forgive the darkness of these images. My HDR monitor makes images look brighter than they do on other screens, and although I compensated for this in Photoshop before posting, now that I’m viewing them on my smartphone I’m realizing it wasn’t enough

. It's one of those things I just have to be okay with replicating the look of as it appeared on film, which is most decidedly dark green.
