Yes, all the major networks are pre-empting their shows - ABC, CBS, CW, FOX, NBC; some cable one too - VH1, MTV.

So Smallville new eps will now start on Jan 29 too; against the Dollhouse finale. Unless FOX move it back to 9pm.
