Fred got into a scuffle with a big doggie that my neighbors have. They’re usually fine together but I think it was just an off day.

Fred squealed SO LOUD. My heart broke. He has a cut on his upper back. He won’t let me come near him. Seems like he’s in a lot of pain. I feel so bad. Hopefully tomorrow he’ll feel better.

This is him cuddling with his pizza today.

If it's where he can't lick it easily you could try putting a little dab of Neosporin with pain relief ointment on it https://www.neosporin.com/products/wound-care/pain-relief/ointment(if you can get to a store). It's safe to use on dogs: https://www.thelabradorsite.com/neosporin-on-dogs/
When my outdoor cat Daisy got hurt by some critter, we used it on her.
